Terms of Use
What Syntrofi is, what it is not, and how to leave an event or delete your account.
These terms cover the Syntrofi app (`syntrofi.com`), run by Digital Symbio spol. s r.o., Karpatské námestie 7770/10A, 831 06 Bratislava – Rača, Slovakia, company ID (IČO) 51 224 968, e-mail info@digitalsymbio.com (below, "we"). How we process personal data is a separate page: Privacy Policy.
What the app is
Syntrofi is an invite app for events — a festival, a trip, a party, or a similar gathering. The person who plans an event invites their people with a link; whoever gets the link joins, marks their programme, and sees who from the group is going to the same thing. You can enter a private event only through an invite link from its organiser.
No uptime guarantee
We run the app with reasonable care, but we do not guarantee continuous availability or that it is free of errors. We are not liable for damage caused by downtime, data loss from a fault, or the app being unavailable during your event. If the app fails during your event, write to us — we will help, but this is not a contractual commitment with an agreed response time.
Age
The app is for people aged 16 and over.
Content you add
You are responsible for what you write or upload in the app (your name, a location link, photos in the gallery). It must not be unlawful, endanger others, or infringe a third party's rights. When such content appears, we may remove it, and in a serious case block your access.
Reporting a problem
Report suspected content or behaviour that breaks these terms or endangers someone's safety to info@digitalsymbio.com. If it is a direct threat to someone's life or safety, contact the police first (112) — the app is not an emergency line.
Leaving an event and deleting your account
You can leave an event, or ask us to delete your whole account, at any time — write to info@digitalsymbio.com. We handle it within 30 days.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms — for example, when the app gains a new feature. The current version is always at this address.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic.
